1. BOOKINGS Only after having received the deposit your reservation can be confirmed 2. PAYING DETAILS For confirmation a deposit of 30% of the total price is requested by direct debit. ARRIVAL On the day of arrival, all entrance times are between 16.00 and 19.00. In case of any delays you are kindly asked to contact beforehand. Other wise, the apartment will be only available for another day, afterwards it can be re-rented. 4. APARTMENT EQUIPMENT All the apartments are completely furnished and possess a gas oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, kitchen battery, dishes, TV Satellite, microwave oven, telephone and safety box. For each bed place, sheets, one pillow and bathroom towels are supplied. 5. DEPARTURE Apartments must be vacated within 10.00 a.m. of the departure date. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy and free of any garbage. 6. DEPOSIT All clients must take care of the apartments and of all supplied equipment. Any complaints regarding the equipment or the furnishing must be declared within 24 hours after arrival. Further damages or breakages must be paid according to the price list. To guarantee the guest's responsibility in obliging to the above and keeping the apartment tidy, guests must leave a cautionary deposit of 100,00 euros when receiving the key. 7. RESPONSIBILITY No responsibility can be brought upon APPARTHOTEL VILLA OLGA for any possible damages, lost property, thefts or any other inconvenient that might occur during the guest's stay. It will, however, offer its own services to resolve and assist any possible problems. |
